To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Healthcare Facility Responsibilities

Healthcare facilities using our Services agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about available shifts
  • Verify credentials of healthcare professionals before engaging their services
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Pay healthcare professionals promptly and according to agreed-upon terms
  • Provide safe and appropriate working conditions
  • Report any issues or concerns to MedLocum in a timely manner

5. Healthcare Professional Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals using our Services agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about qualifications, credentials, and availability
  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and credentials
  • Show up for accepted shifts on time and complete assigned duties professionally
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the healthcare facility
  • Report any issues or concerns to MedLocum in a timely manner

6. Payments

MedLocum facilitates payments between healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals. We may charge service fees for the use of our platform. All payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

7. Termination

MedLocum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, MEDLOCUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability
